About CLEARWATER BEACH E-BIKE RENTALS
There is nothing quite like biking along a breezy coastline as the sun sets over the ocean. One of the most beautiful stretches of the gulf coast is in Clearwater, Florida, and one of the most enjoyable ways to see it all is riding the wheels of an eBike. Tampa Bay eBikes is happy to provide quality rental service to the Clearwater area that can make that dream a reality. Tampa Bay eBikes also offers helpful self-guided bike tours along with their bike rentals, below are a couple favorite routes.
Exploring Cleveland Street
A ride down Cleveland Street is a great way to discover historic Clearwater, Florida, and also a chance to glimpse its exciting future. Any trip along Cleveland Street should start at Coachman Park, this sunny shorefront park is a civic gem and an inviting spot to take in the views of the marina and orientate east towards downtown Clearwater. Next bike to the recently renovated Bilheimer Capital Theatre, a venue that puts on a variety of acts like musicals or comedy, on Cleveland Street proper and begin the ride east. Riders should feel free to stop and enjoy any of the fine local cafes and nightlife along the way. Continue on until Crest Lake Park appears on the south side of the street, this park is a great place to stop and rest, but if using an eBike this probably isn't necessary. From here bikers can head back west to Coachman Park, which would make for a leisurely hour-long ride, about four miles in total. Alternatively, the tour can continue east to Historic Bayview. Riders should be warned, however, that Cleveland Street dead-ends into Belcher Street so heading north or south to go east is necessary.
Edgewater Drive Park and Downtown Dunedin
When one is biking in Clearwater, there really are no wrong routes, however, Edgewater Drive Park offers an excellent spot to cruise around and enjoy ocean views. The park adjoins Edgewater Linear Park which can spirit riders along the coast towards downtown Dunedin, Florida, which is about two miles away. While better known for Honeymoon Island State park, downtown Dunedin has many fun restaurants and shops to explore itself. During the peak season, however, finding parking there can be a chore, which is another reason Tampa Bay eBikes recommends skipping the hassle of parking and using an eBike rental. If video games are of interest, be sure to park the bike outside of Reboot Arcade & Bar and check out this funky spot that features many vintage and new games. Biking back to Clearwater, Florida makes this a five-to-six-mile trip that can easily be fit in a few hours or a day at a more leisurely pace.
The above are just a couple of examples of the fun that can be had in Clearwater, Florida when you rent an eBike. From the marina to Cleveland Street, Clearwater has a lot to offer and bike tours are a great way to see it all. Tampa Bay eBikes strives to provide quality bike rentals that make the experience as pleasant as the trip.
